Great dentist! Plan in some time because they are always packed full. That speaks for the great and friendly service. And the waiting room is nice and cozy with high end furniture. The dentists are amazingly competent and experienced.

I brought my husband here for a crown. The wait time for the first appointment was 45 minutes. Okay, it was late in the day already. Few days later, he had the appointment to actually get the crown. One girl was waiting for 2 hours already despite having an appointment. My husband had an appointment at 2pm and was finally called in at 3:30pm. It is unacceptable. I came along so I could make an appointment for a routine teeth cleaning but I changed my mind after this situation. I work 40+ hours per week and have children. I will not waste my time and money with a dentist who does not respect his patients. If this was unusual, I could understand. But looking at other reviews from patients, forcing patients to wait for hours in common practice there. Instead of adjusting the way they schedule appointments to accommodate for unknowns (urgent pain patient) and for knowns (increased Christmas patients), they just continue being rude and packing the schedule so patients have to waste an entire day just to be seen by the dentist. No thank you. I will find a proper dentist.

Tipp: even with an appointment you'd better prepare to wait for at least two hours.

In this doctor's office, I have only had good experiences. The atmosphere is very pleasant at the reception, where there are very knowledgeable, polite and patient ladies. All employees radiate positive energy and treat all patients with respect. Dental technology is of the highest class, oral hygiene is very understanding and compassionate. It is worth waiting a long time for an appointment with Dr. Festenburg, as he is not only a very good dentist, but also shows a good understanding of the patient's situation. This medical practice is primarily about the treatment and wellbeing of the patient, not about making money. After all the bad experiences with dentists, it was a nice change to visit this dentist. I highly recommend it.

THANKS to Dr. Festenburg, the technician Daniel and the whole team !!!!!! After many time-consuming and very expensive attempts at several dentists in Vienna, I have now found the BEST dentist. I can finally eat again with pleasure and pain. The treatment in the ordination was courteous and we always tried to do everything as quickly as possible. Of course there were occasional waiting times, but precise work demands time. In any case, I can thank Dr. Highly recommend Festenburg and his team!
