Good service
Very bad customer service. All is honey when you buy expensive stuff but they CANNOT order a exact part number when it comes down to it. Talking down to the customer like only they know the bike components. Very disappointing. Had to drive 3 times to the store for a part that was never delivered according to the requirement.

The reviews here are really entertaining. Perhaps it is a matter of luck how one is treated / advised, perhaps it is partly due to oneself. I have been there several times in the last few months, for different reasons (including little things like spare parts for little money) and was always served very friendly and also well advised.
