First of all, I would like to say that I found the Phans very good from the start. Furniture, menu, kitchen quality and service. I enjoyed dining there on Sunday noon. There was always a very tasty menu and the price-performance ratio was unrivaled. I myself have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I think I am qualified to judge it. But unfortunately, I've noticed terrifying changes since it reopened after the lookdown. The quality of the kitchen is still beyond question, but what has changed in the way guests are treated frightens me. Welcome, friendliness, service quality, etc. Has degraded terribly. Personally, I state that I do not intend to visit the Phans again and cannot recommend it to anyone at the moment. It's a shame about the good start of this establishment.

After reading the positive reviews, I thought it would be a place where I could rest and eat tasty. The kitchen was open until 6 pm We were there before that hour (around 5:50 pm), but one of the waitresses said that she would not give us the menu anymore, because she has had enough and wants to go home ... the manager probably saved the situation - a very nice lady, who apologized for the behavior of the young waitress and offered to get free drinks as an apology. A place with potential, but good service is 50% of success. Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to comment on food.
