Great dentist but please improve the booking system, the receptionist should be asking how bad the pain is - low level pain (ache) can wait a little longer and the appointment book shouldn't be full to allow for emergency cases. An appointment should mean an appointment, if the patient (customer) is on time, so should the dentist (supplier) - basic business etiquette.

I received very friendly advice and got an appointment right away.

I was picked up as a "plug-in patient" for a broken seal at 7:30 am with the "possibly long wait" warning. To my delight it was then very quickly. Miss Dr. Glaser was very sensitive to my questions and fears, inform me friendly, solved my problem immediately and then I also got an all-round supply of X-rays, dental check and calculus removal. I was very pleased.
