Restaurant "DAS BRÄU"

The one star ratings are not worth noting. If you don't reserve a table and there is no table free, than there is simply no table. Furthermore yes it might be a restaurant for food & drinks only - maybe that you don't have to tell people that want to eat here, that there is no space because some people just want to drink just a glass of wine (you can do that at the bar). . Superbe food and drinks. Staff and owner are there to help you with anything you want.

The waiter didnt even want to give us a place to sit even tho there were plenty of free sits. You cant tell me that literally every single place is taken, in and outside of the restaurant. He just smiled at us cynically and said no but he let the couple in front of us which obviously didnt stay at that place either. What are we, bad for you just because we are foreigners? Or do we look like we dont have money? Unbelievable. So disappointed. Such beautiful place dont deserve such shallow people.

Nice place and a nice food. One thing: if you're coming from Google Maps you're probably expecting to find "Das Bräu" written somewhere ... you won't. Look for "Bräugasthof" or "Aichinger". The restaurant is from hotel Aichinger and the parking is marked for it.

Upscale ambience and fine cuisine meet here. Located in the middle of the route between Salzburg and Linz in Nussdorf am Attersee this top restaurant. So if you are on holiday at the Attersee and want to eat well, you should not miss this gem. Winter (wonderful solid wood interior in a typical rural ambience, but classy! Tip-top clean), like summer, you can dine excellently here. So we are here in the summer, have made a reservation in the garden (strongly recommended!) At one of the beautifully laid tables that are strewn here like small islands in the cozy garden with lots of green and shady gnarled trees. The menu offers everything from classics of Austrian cuisine to new interpretations of the same. Mediterranean and French styles can also be found on the menu. And how! Everything we order was of merciless quality! The only drawback that some dishes were so good that you would have liked to have had more of them on your plate .... more and more ..... The operation, as well as the menu card. Top! Every wish, every order was fulfilled immediately .... Rightly a gourmet restaurant! That the whole thing is not so cheap, should explain itself. But for this kind of quality, on a very special day, you are happy to dig a little deeper into your pocket. If we ever come back to the beautiful Attersee, "Das Bräu" will definitely be on our "must-have" list again!
