Brilliant service! We walked in with two old road bikes and the friendly staff helped solved all our problems with patience, including a tyre in an obscure size. The man who served us also spoke excellent English when we struggled with German.

Only ride my trusty bike to the Etzlstorfer company - great service - totally friendly - honest and always well advised. I also bought clip-on shoes a year ago and unfortunately the tension cord broke, I was there and got an exchange immediately without an invoice! I personally find a super customer-friendly service and have won me as a customer for Lange! thank you LG

Came by spontaneously because of a broken brake. Got there immediately. Top staff and friendly service. Fast, competent repairs. Probably saved us the onward journey. We recommend!
