She charged me for services that I cannot understand. Unfortunately, I paid the bill in good faith and after the doctor printed it over the phone. Nor does she want to explain the positions to me in writing. I've been trying for years. Vain. The Dental Association declares no responsibility, as does consumer protection. I advise all patients to have the costs incurred in writing. This saves time, nerves and probably also costs.

Best dentist- best team. I have always had problems with my teeth and inflammation with pain for many years. I always went to the dentist proficiently but my teeth were partly treated incorrectly, partly black, I was desperate and always very painful. On recommendation I am on Dr. Hochreiter-Tkalec encountered. Initial discussion and advice and explanation were TOP. Dental assistant very friendly. My fears were gone, they had brought my teeth TOP in three months with many appointments and I am thrilled. I miss the words for sheer joy. Must say she tries everything to get her teeth shows at the end of the session what she did and explains in detail what was and will be done. Very solution-oriented. The billing was listed perfectly. So I can only recommend a top doctor and great team. Many thanks to the whole team

THANK YOU - the best dentist there can be. My entire family and I have been receiving treatment for many years. Tkalec-Hofreiter. Over the years, a variety of treatments were necessary, which were always done friendly and professionally professional. In emergencies, insertion dates are assigned at short notice. The care of Dr. med. Tkalec-Hofreiter is not only technically perfect (my inlays have been perfect for over 20 years), but human care is also absolutely essential in this practice. You are not just an assembly line patient, but both assistants and the doctor take the appropriate time and there is always time for a friendly word. Never again to another!

I have been there for many years as a patient and there has never been the slightest problem. Here all the challenges are accepted and mastered (I know that, I have a lot of teeth). She takes the time she needs, she does not do things by halves and dental treatments can be painful at times. In this practice, care is taken to minimize anxiety and pain. Even with tooth replacements and aids (bite rail z.b.) no compromise, that fits perfectly and looks good. Even if an acute pain treatment is due, here you do not wait forever for an appointment, because apparently there is a dentist here who knows what toothache mean. I feel very well looked after here. Also the assistants, friendly, courteous, polite, just nice. For me personally, it is a pity that I am very late to Fr. Tkalec-Hofreiter came, because I would have spared me many problems with which I (and thus also Dr. Tkalec-Hofreiter) have to fight today.
