I wanted to order a spare part for my trailer and first of all ask by phone how much it would cost. First of all, it took me 3 days with 3 attempts each to be taken at all because it always redirected me to customer service who couldn't explain why nobody in the branch answered (we almost became friends who knew me so well). Until it finally worked and I found out the price and then I ordered it. But the best is yet to come, I was assured that the spare part would cost 30 € and that would turn into 80 €. I can understand when it gets a little more expensive but more than twice as expensive is a cheek. I would rather order somewhere else with better customer support, no wonder that so many branches were closed.
