Turned up there today with my e-bike with a broken chain and 15 minutes later I was able to continue cycling with a new chain. The whole thing for the working price (without material) of € 10, -. Top service.

Our bike (tandem) was there for a week. Order: replace chain, adjust gear shift. I got no response. Then I called. Allegedly finished except for the circuit, which cannot be adjusted. I picked it up and found out there that they don't have a chain that is long enough. So they didn't do anything for a week. Then I went straight to Intersport. He riveted 2 chains together. Calculated working time, a full 7 minutes. We were able to take the bike back with us. Got the impression that they don't know their way around or just don't want to.
