Years of of putting up with a grumpy but kindly owner, only to have it replaced by new owners. The bar in the hotel across the street serves the same beer. They do have a nice authentic ambiance

Great ambiance, personel are stiff, old place that could use young, more friendly staff. Outside music is blaring! Too bad...

Funny how the staff goes out of their way to say there is nothing wrong with the beer when a customer claims the glass smells funky. Instead of just replacing the beer and banking on the continued patronage of the group.
