My girlfriend and I have a bicycle tour planned around Europe and possibly the world and went around seeking advice on bikes and equipment.
After a few helpful stores we found ourselves at RadAktiv and knew that this was where we wanted to purchase our equipment.
The staff was super friendly. Great knowledge of bikes and very professional. A great showroom ans amazing customer service.
Despite a small delay on the bicycles which happened with no fault of the store, the staff was very helpful and did all they could help us out.

Had problems with gears and brakes on my racing bike. Was repaired the same day for reasonable value for money. The bike rides great again - no problems.
Clear recommendation!
Has been there several times, but today I just wanted to inquire about a chain and ritzerl change and then I was immediately told what could not be repaired. He wanted to replace brake shoes that still had 3mm on them or said they should be replaced, otherwise the rim will break while driving. Biggest disappointment I've ever experienced in a bike shop.
Didn't listen to what I wanted and had to repeat everything 3 times until he stopped pushing me into something. As long as the seller is inside, I will certainly not go in again.
For someone who has no idea, I would sear to go into this business.
You are welcome to go there for plate changes or simple things.

I was at mjam just before my shift and they were able to set my brakes and briefly adjust the gears for me within 10 minutes - and that was almost free! Any time.
