Terrible service and sellers. They used to be my trusted mechanicals, but after some time going there I realized about some facts: They always tried to change the pieces of the bike, doesn´t matter what kind of problem you have. their solution is always a complete change of pieces, this way they got more money selling them to you. All the times they did that, they didn´t even call me by telephone to confirm the change (with a difference of price of sometimes 200€ I would expect that if the service is supposed honest). Pretty funny was once that they changed the pedalier axis because I had some noises. Allegedly they said that the piece was broken, as I was not familiar to such problems I agreed to the reparation. About 4 or 5 months later I took the bike there with the same problem. Apparently they did not remember me, because the first thing the guy said was: "I do not know who last worked in this bike, because this reparation is completely wrong". Well thats funny because it was you! He then suggested to perform the same reparation from some months ago (another couple of hundred €). After that, I decided to take the bike to another shop in Eggenberg, they realized the pedal crank was not completely fixed to the pedalier! Such an a dangerous set up, but easy and fast to fix. This guy fixed it in 5 minutes without any charge! Another time I took one of my wheels with a broken radio and they directly refused very unfiendly to look at it, because they didnt know the provider of this brand. I took it to another nearby shop, they told me the same, in a friendly way, but they fix it (it would just take a little bit longer because of the delivery). All the times when I asked them sometihng, they were totally unfriendly, some times bordering the disrespectfulness. Well , if I do not know something about my bike, who else should i ask if not my mechanical? These were the most flagrant cases, and why they lost me as a client. i hope it will help someone else

I got new tires on it. Stuck in a nail 2 days later or something. With the flat tire in business. If the senior boss comes and says there is nothing to be done, new tires, because it’s long since to be thrown away anyway 😁 That was a long time ago, I hope for the son that mom is now holding back
