Reject pain patients very unfriendly and arrogantly on the phone, on the grounds that they will soon be on vacation themselves. It couldn't be more unprofessional. However, the helper at the end of the line cannot issue a required written confirmation about this, presumably she cannot write.

With severe pain no appointment, not even with waiting time. The schedule is full and they go on vacation you get in response and this was also very rude.
