Food tastes good. That is exactly why I think it is a shame that no importance is attached to hygiene. No hand washing in between. Food is touched with the hands, the money is collected in between, the cook coughs and sneezes directly on the food. There are no mouthguards when serving, and food collectors don't wear one either. If wrong food is served, there is no substitute, no goodwill. Hygiene must be checked by the authorities and another service introduced! Otherwise it's a shame!
