The best ausrtian Shnitzels, fantastic wine choice and service, also with tasting.

One of the best discoveries in Urfahr region. The quality of food is outstanding, extremely big portions and flavourful. The cordon bleu and schnitzel are spot on, crispy, thick and cooked in a pan, not in an oil bath like in other Austrian traditional places. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly, eager to sit with you for a chat and a glass of wine. They have an excellent wine and spirits selection to choose from, some available for take away. The best part though is the sence of "grandma's kitchen" when you are sited and then taste the delicious food. Notmühle has passionate owners and you can feel that right away!
