We came in late and yet the kitchen decided to stay open just for us, thanks so much! We had a great dinner, soups and vegetarian dishes were super delicious. The service was excellent, very polite and talkative waiter(s) which made the spontaneous evening perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good restaurant with a nice view and caring service.
Polite and fast service. Quality food, especially considering limited options in the city itself. The servings are sometimes smaller than you expected. Good view. Recommended.
Very nice breakfast. Enjoyed breakfast with a view of the lake as was staying here at the hotel as guest during the NY period.
Had NY Eve and NY 2020 Dinner here. Nice service and food was good. Crowded during dinner service as one of the better restaurants in Hallstatt. You will get a nice view of the lake during meal times. Poor service crew were they were very busy due to lack of staff at the restaurant.

Lovely place especially when it’s raining outside. The schnitzel is juicy enough and delicious with same delicious side dish. The main waiter is also cool with some cool mustache.
