Relaxed atmosphere, original Austrian Hotel. Kids and dogs friendly. Exceptionally nice food!

Overall, we had a great trip. Details like homemade cookies and cake, mountain water and child care really made our stay. We also loved our room and the family sauna area. There were a couple of drawbacks. The front of the house Fabio was very unwelcoming and unhelpful. Our neighbor was smoking in the bathroom and even after we told the reception nothing was done about it. The food overall was quite good and reliable but on New Years we waited three hours for our main course and our waitress couldn’t open our bottle of wine. She asked us to do it. Despite these hiccups we would consider coming back
