Beautiful location and the food is very good. You can find typical Austrian food.

The gentlemen that waited our table was very friendly and knew at least 3 languages. We immediately got some bread with a selection of home made spreads. Our drinks followed shortly after. He gave us enough time to make our selection from the menu. We never had to wait long for anything we needed. Between courses he courteously asked if we wanted some time until our next course would be brought. 5/5 We ordered the tartar and the vitello tonnato 2015 which were both excellent. They had a nice variety of sides with it that were complementary to the dish. We had the fillet steak and another steak dish with an onion and bacon sauce which I forgot the name of. Both were prepared exactly as requested and again came with lovely sides. Between dishes we had a lovely Salmon tartar amuse. It was not the most fancy menu or selection I've seen but the taste of all we had was impeccable. 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

We are excited! You sit comfortably in the chimney parlor at the finely laid table, a rural choir sounds very relaxing in the background. The service is excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful. After the greeting from the kitchen, the first thing to do is the main course for our little ones, which prevents hunger and bad moods. A blessing for parents. And the food ... a poem, lovingly prepared down to the smallest detail. All for a price that was very reasonable considering the quality of the regional food. An upscale restaurant to feel good about.

Lunch in the Loystubn we were the only guests. Why? Menu very poor !! Main courses - Cheese noodle, pasta, Wiener schnitzel, salad with prawns. We find that very unimaginative. I had a Viennese soup pot, this was very far from a Viennese soup pot - noodles and pieces of beef - no vegetables! The cook can still learn a lot. The vegetable plate was microscopic and the cook completely forgot about the fried egg that went with it. The service was very nice, said we should come back in the evening, there is more choice - but that is not enough. Thank you - we will not see you again. P.S.: There were still some leftovers from the previous day under another table. 🙄
