Our savior in need. We had a broken chain a few kilometers away. Employee happened to live in the neighboring town and repaired the bike during his lunch break at the breakdown site. Thanks to the help, we were able to continue our journey within a short time. Service top !!
As the only bike shop in Amstetten spontaneously took the time to change the E mountain bike chain. The other "big ones" sometimes didn't even have standard spare parts in stock.
