Service gets worse every year.
I have been waiting for an answer about a carbon rim complaint for 1.5-2 months.
In a "specialist shop" I expect faster processing, especially if you have already left several 1000 € there.
In the future I will buy my bikes elsewhere.

My bike shop for many years! Even if there is a lot going on, you will receive detailed advice and the sellers know what they are talking about. I've had my racing bike for a few years now and I'm sure there will be many more!
