I wanted to make an appointment today because of an urgent, painful dental problem, which I got for the next day. When I was asked whether I had already been to them, of course I said no and answered with "they have been recommended to me". Then the lady on the phone suddenly said, "I'm sorry, we're not taking any more patients and we don't want that". When asked whether they could make an exception (because this was an emergency), the answer was always the same "I'm sorry, we are no longer accepting new patients". It doesn't come off really well. The dentist may be good, but the customer policy is pathetic!
