Nice staff. Bike badly prepared, rear tire, middle part with almost no tread. Every 3-4 blocks are missing at the edges. After drawing the attention of the staff, he found that the tire was still good. In the rear wheel there is play in the axle (hub), the staff think it may be.

Extraordinary friendly and helpful service when it comes to bike rental, both for adults and kids. The staff goes always goes the extra mile and no question is too much or dumb. Best place to rent e-bikes, mountain bikes and kids bikes in Serfaus. We'll be back.

I was in September 2019 in Serfaus and I rented a Rotwild bike and at the end of the autumn vacation I asked if they had Stockli Laser AX skis for December when they were coming back. Simon, the store manager, suggested another, Kessler. After checking the kessler site I chose The Helix, which they did not have in stock, but Simon promised me that it will be in December. And the first day of skiing came with The Helix. Incredible feeling of stability on the slope with snow in waves and speed on the clean slope. Exactly as in the description on the Kessler website: "The Helix Are you ambitious but want things to stay relaxed? Then choose the chilled-out cousin of the THE PHANTOM. Very arrogant service. We have rented ski equipment for the whole family, ski depot, bought stuff, skipass etc. When I needed a screwdriver to adjust my own ski, it was not an option - and I could go the top of the gondola to do that. Perhaps it’s a store policy - but then communicate it in the right way. The offer to adjust my ski bindings was never offered, the behavior of the employee was enough.

Terribly disappointed with the service here!!! They charge 10€ more for sharpening and waxing than Intersport across the street at intersport! and lied about the common prices. We brought in our snowboard to wax and sharpen, and were told it was 35€, which is a really high price for this standard service. They said “welcome to Tirol, these are the prices!”, and then told us it’s the same price everywhere. We agreed because we reckoned we did not have another choice. 3 minutes later we asked at intersport across the street about the prices ; and they told us the normal price is 25€. We rushed back into Bacher sport, and asked our snowboards back. Then they said they were already working on it, “it’s already in the machine”, while they first stated they would only be ready by tomorrow morning (...). This was clearly a lie and they just wanted our money. They were really unfriendly along this whole process as well. The service itself was just average, could have been better.
