There was a problem with the ski stoppers when binding my new touring skis. Both were exchanged immediately. Both advice and selection is excellent in this business. I highly recommend it.

Zero manners and zero distance - the saleswoman didn't even notice that she was really getting on my skin and I was already stepping back. In the end, she pushed me aside (in her eagerness to advise an apparently well-known couple) to such an extent - although, mind you, I stood in front of the clothes rack first - that I first went into the basement. The cycling shorts, which were from the summer before last, they wanted to turn on for me with a ridiculous 20% discount - that's really outrageous. Apparently only acquaintances are treated well here, the rest is not wanted. With pleasure - I prefer to shop elsewhere!

This business is nonsense. So I wanted to sell a new season model of ski boots that were almost 4 years old at the price of the new season model. They ruin the trust of tourists all over Tyrol. Caution - no money back!

Actually, I was only there as an advisor when shopping, but in the end I probably found more great items of clothing than my companions. We were given so good advice and were in the business for a really long time - especially since my companions were so undecided - but the saleswoman and above all the manager of the house never tired of helping us. On the contrary: They tried very hard, were very attentive and were really well versed in fashion. There you also find items of clothing that you might not have tried on and are suddenly more than positively surprised when you look in the mirror. Really cool! There is huge praise especially for the honest opinion of the employees. It is not always said "Oh, that looks great on you", but quite honestly, if something does not fit so well or does not suit you. Nevertheless, the entire team is always helpful, polite and has an open ear. Even when I made a detour to the snowboard department in between, I was immediately given competent and friendly help. The employee advised me with great sensitivity, but above all specialist knowledge. The next visit is already planned! It wasn’t the first time I was in the sports shop, and it’s definitely not the last time. And to be honest: I've never been disappointed. Even if something breaks, the employees react with a lot of understanding and goodwill. You immediately feel comfortable and, above all, understood. The advice and service in all areas is simply great! What is often missing in other sports shops is a matter of course here: Expertise, passion for the job and customer friendliness. I'll be back :-)
