I was training in the neighborhood for my next IronMan race,... in the middle of my long ride the Specialized BOA lock on my bike shoe broke. Not a pleasant experience when you want to push but fortunately i passed by the shop and decided to hop in...perhaps they could help. It is a part which is usually not in stock but Franz immediately found a solution to fix it. Really appreciated the support and the professionalism. A great place, with great service and gear inside. Awesome place, got everything for the ambitious cyclist (MTB, road, ebike, clothing, accessories). awesome service, great team. I buy all my cycling gear there and recently splurged on a Specialized Epic Fully after great advice from Raimund. And all team members are knowledable and friendly! Definitely go there when in town...

We were in Kitzbühel for a few days last October. On the way back home we found that we had a flat tire overnight .(. Thanks to the quick and friendly help from the workshop, we were still able to go home on the planned day :) Thank you very much !!!
