I went here with the intention on finding out whether I needed braces, my teeth are very straight and I was always told when I was younger, that I wouldn't need braces, but my dentist told me to go check with a specialist to make sure, to avoid bite issues. After 15 seconds of examination, this orthodontist (Jonke) insisted I needed braces for sure, and he quoted me ~9000 euros for braces. The treatment would be 2 years of wearing braces, then 3 years of retainers afterwards. I was quite skeptic because there was no way my teeth were bad enough to require so much treatment. The whole process felt too commercial and prepackaged. Anyways I went to see another specialist afterwards, who was honest enough to say I DIDN'T need braces at all, and that it would be purely for small aesthetic reasons if I did get them. This was my initial gut feeling so avoid Jonke unless you enjoy giving money to dishonest dental cash grabs.

Awful !! You pay almost 10,000 € for being treated so unfriendly there, not even 1 month after I got the braces off my teeth were pushing apart again and my jaw was misaligned, when I spoke to the doctor there they wanted another 8,000 € for one new treatment !! Really terrible, please find a trustworthy doctor!

So I'll try to keep it short even if that's really difficult for me ... I have NEVER felt as uncomfortable as I did at this dentist. The staff is so unfriendly and not at all human. You are treated like an object - nobody answers your questions and they do not explain anything to you. I have often gone out of this practice crying because I can't stand being ignorant. After 2 years I finally got my braces down and they didn't even show me a mirror or ask me how I like it and that's only 1 point out of so many that I consider absolutely unprofessional and inhuman. I wouldn't even recommend this dentist for money.

I tried to get an appointment for simple oral hygiene for over two months and have not yet had an appointment. Every time it was said the colleague calls back or when I called one of them didn't know what the other was doing and I was always put off by the colleague who answered. Unfortunately, very bad service, if that doesn't work out with a simple appointment, what does the treatment look like?
