Best shop in town

Can't agree with the previous reviews at all. As a student without a bicycle pump, I was only there to pump up - even before the bicycle air pig: It was natural for me to offer the seller a few euros for it - but since I wanted to come over anyway for a service, he declined thanks , What should you live on? Students who only borrow the purchased material? Given the location, a few students come by every day, so I can understand the mood. The service (MTB) including changing of various material was then completed within half a day and far cheaper than in some other shops in Innsbruck. Seller was very friendly.

Very rude to customers, not only to me but other people who were in the shop were not treated nicely. The store does not want to do business

TOP CONSULTATION WITH GREAT SERVICE !!! One of the best bike shops in Innsbruck, very friendly and competent owner. I have been there several times and can only recommend 😊 We sell custom bikes, such as E-bikes, MTB, road bikes, trekking bikes but also wheels for everyday use (city and children's bikes). In addition, bikes are rented on a daily basis - interesting for tourists (the shop is "in the heart of the city") and occasional riders (the bike lane is right in front of the shop) In addition, you also get accessories for his bike and the best service far and wide.

I have rarely experienced such an incredibly bad and weak "customer service" as in this bike shop. As I've often come by because of trivialities, and have often had the feeling that the seller wants to either pull me over the table (with high prices) or get rid of as quickly as possible, today was the tip of the iceberg. I asked like a normal student for borrowing a screwdriver to tighten a screw. Already the reaction of the seller, which is compared to "is not my problem" to see, he pointed out to me, I would then immediately throw something into the piggy bank as "reparation". (The pig is expressly there for tips, with the inscription "Thank you") Completely confused by the rudeness of the seller, I asked if it would be a problem if I borrowed the tool for a short time, I even asked if I should do it in the shop in front of his eyes to prove to him I will not run away with the tool. But then his answer was "no, you're just bothering me" and at the same time a gesture like "just go" is the last thing. I was stunned - a young student, who politely asked NORMAL if he could borrow for a short time, is treated very rudely and last of all. I'm just shocked, wondering if this bike shop will treat every customer like that? I will now change my bike shop in the future, and make a high turn around these shops. Hopefully, this does not happen to anyone else!
