I came by Faster bikes looking for video tutorials about how to install an Bafang BBHSD electric motor kit into a regular bicycle. I found out they were located in the EU and started to navigate though their website. I instantly felt in love with the way I could visualize the order configuration and all the pieces I needed. I learned many important details that i would have missed using other suppliers such as battery specs, a metal protector, lekkie cranks or tools required for the motor kit installation. The battery came within couple of days, but the rest got stuck up for weeks in some DHL warehouse. Under the stress I was, the seller´s communication proved reliable, patient and respectful. After a couple of weeks with no news from DHL, Faster Bikes sended another parcel (with extra shipping costs) which arrived 4 days later along the one who got stuck up in the warehouse. DHL´s mistake obviously, not theirs, but the experience proved my trust in Faster bikes. Finally, once with all the items on hand and most of the ebike mounted, I realize my 42T Trekkie chain ring does not correctly fit the motor and I need a special washer. Of course, Faster bikes has it and i gladly buy it. Building your own ebike requires patience and some passion for doing things differently. With companies like Faster Bikes such an arduous task can be easier and definitely more rewarding. Keep it up!

Just ordered a second time from Daniel at Fasterbikes and I'm well happy with the speedy delivery to UK and with the help from Daniel. I had a question about pre-programmed settings on a controller and Daniel took time to plug into one and sent a PC screen shot to confirm what I needed to know before I ordered.
