Actually has nice bikes at fair prices ..... BUT ..... after buying it, I noticed various technical defects on the bike (several screws not tightened (including on the handlebar), parts not lubricated, gear shift not adjusted). When I had a complaint, I was referred to the manufacturer in an unfriendly manner. Conclusion: unfriendly, poorly crafted and no support with problems - NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
If possible I would give 0 stars. Questions I are interested in are answered in a know-it-all manner and extremely rude. No way to deal with potential customers.
The Lord is very rude, disrespectful and can do nothing but threaten you.

Great advice and extremely helpful. Price was also still best price. Extensive knowledge about the topic bike and parts, which is rarely to be found so. I fully relied on it and did not regret it! Highly Recommended!
Although the last entry was months ago and I do write reviews, especially if there are already entries that reflect my opinion, as in this case the first entry. That you will be helped in case of defects may be true, but only if you have installed gold-plated pull cables in a hydraulic brake system ... probably;)
For my part, I can only say that it is not wrong advice, but perhaps arrogance.
