The culinary enjoyment is followed by disenchantment in service. The quality of the food can and should be positively emphasized, and the portions are very generous for a gourmet restaurant. However, the quality of service offered is below average. The waiter only finds his way to the customer in order to serve the food, outside of this action radius it disappears and remains after the last course. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, which I spent well talking to the other person, I was allowed to get my bill at the bar myself, since the waiter had stopped serving as a food supplier and here, too, was handed over to a colleague - without comment nor farewell.

A culinary treat. Since we already heard so much about Erich Pucher, we took our time and traveled from Carinthia to St. Lambrecht. After almost 1h 15 driving time we arrived at the beautiful Hotel Lambrechterhof. Immediately we were greeted warmly and then it was off to the Stiftsstüberl. All our expectations were exceeded again. By the barman, (Mr. Ingo) this must be especially mentioned here, and Hr. Erich Pucher we had an unforgettable evening. All our culinary ideas were exceeded by far. And price was hard to believe. We'll meet again in any case. Thank you for this unforgettable evening
