Have been a customer for years and always satisfied. But I've never needed a "major surgery" either. Dr. Schrempf is still something of the old school in the sense that he is not fake friendly when dealing with customers. But this should not be misinterpreted as unfriendliness / disinterest.

Very unfriendly doctor. Unfortunately, I felt absolutely not in good hands. The assistants were very friendly and tried to get the best out of the appointment. I will not visit again.

The doctor did not look at my daughter. He is greedy for money. Never again. I was there on 01.09.2019 at about 10.50 clock with my three year old daughter there. Only one lady was in front of us, nevertheless we were called at the end when no one was in the waiting room, the others came before us. Then she said that she can not x-ray and we should go to the LKH. You could have said that during the recording, then it would be okay. If they had said that we only need money and no children that cost a lot of time, that would have been fine for me as well to wait and not even look at it. What a cheek
