The staff there is the worst i have ever seen. They forgot to make me a burger and then ask me to wait another 10 minutes to make it. I refused and wanted my money back and they still tried to talk me into waiting. So basicly they dont care about customers but only aboit themself

We ordered at the kiosk and took the order away, and we found that one burger was missing when we opened the bags at home! We made a phone call 4 times to complain. First time, after someone heard our complain, left the phone beside and never took the phone and hanged up. So, I called 2 more times from the same phone number - no one answered. So, I called again from different phone - immediately answered. But the woman at the phone got angry at us instead of apologizing! Also, missing order is not first time at this branch. This is the 3rd time! Give the customer what they ordered is the BASIC level of doing business.
