I bought small parts there several times, always treated extremely friendly - gladly again!
The first time last year everything was perfect. This year I got to know the most unfriendly bike mechanic in Graz. The next time I service or repair, I will look for a new workshop!

In 11 days, despite my call, no service was provided! Can't rate anything that wasn't done! But definitely cannot recommend the bicycle company.
When I put my bike to service, it was ready in 7 days. After 9 days I called and asked, saying that I need my bike in 2 days because I'm going on vacation.
On the 11th day when I wanted to get my bike, I had to look for it because it was in the last corner and hadn't even been looked at! Despite the call. (the information was not forwarded)
Then it was strange that I had been told 7 days, currently a service takes 14 days.
I did not accept because the day I wanted to get my bike was a Friday (day 11) and after Saturday was not working, my bike was not even eyed, it is more than unlikely that the service by Monday (day 14) would be made.
I was offered a spare bike. What should I do if I want to go mountain biking?
My bike is coming back to the Dealer of the Month Trust! The service will take place in a maximum of 5 days.
