Teeth cleaning is mandatory! Come in pain and get a teeth cleaning. The painful tooth was only treated at the second appointment! The next day I got extreme pain, unfortunately no one could be reached by phone despite the ordination being open. I was later told that there was so much going on that the phone was silenced. Then I changed the dentist, he had to perform a root canal treatment because the tooth had died in the meantime. A "fair-weather dentist" would say, simple treatments yes, but unfortunately not recommended when it comes to pain or a medium-sized dental treatment is necessary.

I was looked after very politely and competently by all employees in the ordination. Miss Dr. With a lot of competence and sensitivity, Meissner gives the patient the security that one wants at the dentist.

"Oral hygiene and control" at the first appointment. Oral hygiene was very painful. It was scratched around like mad, the gums were bloody and I wasn't well for two days after that. Similar treatments in eastern countries were much more professional and gentle. At the second appointment with quite a long lead time (Corona and the appointment calendar full) I was left outside in freezing temperatures more than half an hour and almost 25 minutes after the appointment had actually started. When I was asked to cancel the appointment because I was shaking and my wife stayed in the cold car for the same time, the treatment would have lasted at least another 30-60 minutes, which extended the waiting time even further, I was snapped at, completely strange accusations were made to me thrown at the head and the doctor became very unfriendly, although I would have let speak to me again if there had been even a hint of apology.

Very satisfied, have been coming for years. The doctor and her team always give me the feeling of being optimally looked after. Although my teeth are no longer the youngest, everything has been refurbished in the last few years, and buccal fillings have been made over the sensitive tooth necks. Together with regular (and soulful) oral hygiene, I now have teeth again that I don't have to be ashamed of - thank you!

We came to Dr. Meissner because my friend broke a piece of my tooth and the fracture was sharp and hurt my tongue. My girlfriend had to work the next day. If it hadn't really been an emergency and Mrs. Dr. Meissner was on emergency duty if we hadn't gone there. All we wanted was for these sharp edges to be defused. The dentist would have done the rest later. She was of the opinion that it is not possible to look over it quickly, because if it is an emergency, we have to look closely at it with X-rays etc. In the end, there was no X-raying, and the sharp edges were not defused. At least some white mass was smeared in, which for the most part was out at home without what was drunk or eaten. Overall, we were quite dissatisfied. Therefore: 1 star for which my girlfriend got it pretty quickly even though she is not a patient of hers and was a holiday, the 2 star for the whole Covid19 situation, because these circumstances are not really easy for the doctors at the moment.
