Last update: the nerve was thankfully OK, the morning after another dentist took out the filling and put a standard one, the allergic reaction is gone (still strong metal taste in mouth, but otherwise fine) and also the pain. I am never going back of course. Update again 3.30 AM the pain from the tooth is horrible I believe she either damaged a nerve or created an infection or both. Also neurological pain from the allergic reaction is unthinkable, I see she put the only cement around that releases fluoride (!!!) even children know that people with chemical sensitivities must stay away from that, it is very shameful that they write in the website about chronic illnesses when they know NOTHING about it, it s quite dangerous and basically a scam, if you have chronic illnesses do NOT go there. I just pray that I don't have to lose this tooth. This is the first time something like this happened to me, I guess I was lucky with dentists until now. Another update: now my tooth that was NOT hurting before is REALLY hurting!!!! Why did she have to do this to me? Update: before that little filling I never had any discomfort, now I have very noticeable tooth pain, I have no idea of what she has done but usually I have pain BEFORE going to the dentist, not after :'(. I really didn't need this I am so shocked, so many good reviews but that is not my experience, She seems very nice but she did something pretty awful: I just went to have a consultation for some big dental work, and she saw a little cavity and without warning said: oh I will fix it. I had no reason to refuse, but then she picked the cheapest filling material, after we spend 20 minutes talking about how I am so sick and I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and now I have terrible symptoms (had 5 fillings in the past 10 years since I have these chemical issues and never ever had problems, but they were all private dentists so they didn't use the cheap materials, my guess). I am shocked because it says "holistic dentist" and she is supposed to know about all these things and yet she used that material. Also my tooth never hurt and now it does. Now I need to get this taken out as soon as possible (by another dentist, fool me once etc). I do not recommend this to anyone. In Deutsch: Update erneut 3.30 Uhr Der Zahnschmerz ist schrecklich. Ich glaube, sie hat entweder einen Nerv beschädigt oder eine Infektion verursacht oder beides. Auch neurologische Schmerzen aufgrund der allergischen Reaktion sind undenkbar. Ich sehe, dass sie den einzigen Zement umgibt, der Fluorid freisetzt (!!!). Selbst Kinder wissen, dass Menschen mit chemischen Empfindlichkeiten sich davon fernhalten müssen. Es ist sehr beschämend, dass sie auf der Website schreiben über chronische Krankheiten, wenn sie NICHTS darüber wissen, ist es ziemlich gefährlich und im Grunde ein Betrug, wenn Sie chronische Krankheiten haben, gehen Sie NICHT dorthin. Ich bete nur, dass ich diesen Zahn nicht verlieren muss. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass mir so etwas passiert ist. Ich glaube, ich hatte bis jetzt Glück mit Zahnärzten. Bitte geh nicht dorthin. Es gibt viele Leute, weil es mit der Krankenkasse ist.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to, US dentists included. Always very friendly and accommodating, you don’t feel like a “patient” and are never talked down to (regardless of dental hygiene background). I’ve been to several appointments here already, but hadn’t been in a long time due to concerns with COVID-19 exposure, and as a result had a very deteriorated molar that broke over this past weekend and exposed nerves—I called this morning (Monday) at 9am and was given a 10:30am appointment, had to wait a little while (expected) but they were very quick and professional once I was called back. To be honest, I had no hope the tooth could be saved—thought they would pull it and put me out of my misery. :) But miraculously Dr. Lukas was able to drill and reconstruct the tooth with concrete (all covered by the ÖGK) and I have a whole tooth again! Even my husband was incredulous. I can’t say enough good things about the whole team here. Top quality all around. Thank you ❤️

Dr Rudolf Lukas (25.11.2019): He applies state of art techniques (eg bone augmentation via TITAN TEFLON MEMBRAN), and answers all questions in a competent, patient and extremely friendly manner). By writing an email to Dr Lukas describing my case I was offered an appointment right away. He took 1 hour for answering all my questions and going through all possible treatment options. An extraordinary dentist, highly recommendable, especially for more complicate cases, eg dental implants, bone augmentation. Thank you deeply Dr Rudolf !
