Nice Food, good Atmosphere and friendly Staff
Uncle Van is a quaint health food spot. It's mostly a make-your-own place (although there are some ready-made dishes available) with modest prices and OK portions (a bit on the small side0.
Everything is made as you watch. Unfortunately, we should have watched more closely, as I ended up with food poisoning, perhaps from mushrooms. Thus the four-stars.
Perfect 👌 Pho with chicken) I like Vietnamese kitchen.
We took two menus, pho and crazy noodle.
Pho was great taste of soup and noodles!!
But crazy noodle’s sauce and texture of noodle was soso to me.
Taste, atmosphere of store, kindness of owner were good overall:)
Great noodles at great price and speedy service. We especially liked the menu, where you can decide what ingredients you want and just check the proper boxes, really great place. And the service is very fast, even though the place was packed, we received our noodles within 10 minutes from the order :)
