Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional! As I came nurse from the front desk was ignoring me. I tried to explain since I read thy doctor is really good in wisdom tooth removal I wanted to make an appointment. However nurse told me they are doing it only for their own patients. Further I asked if I may make appointment for check up since I have never choose dentist in Vienna to which she also refused. My advice is not to waste your time especially if it’s urgent try to find dentist office.

A very rude and arrogant man, he put a filling on me like he was putting plasticine, which of course fell out after 7 days, I was told that all the other teeth were great, I didn't believe it, I paid in 2 places privately for an examination with a 3D tooth image , which clearly show that they are for removal, plus some other repairs that must be done as soon as possible. Horror ....

I was there for oral hygiene. They were all very friendly and I am very satisfied with the cleaning.

It couldn't be more unfriendly, one star is too much, bottom drawer, close your practice immediately, ... an imposition for civilized people ...
