Bicycle dealer of my trust - for almost 20 years now, despite multiple attempts to "cheat", I finally end up at the Fuchs in Mank! The former car dealership sold me the 5th bike. The owner and boss, himself a professional touring and racing driver, may appear stressed every now and then, but remains calm, friendly and personable, even with a high customer frequency, which usually occurs on Fridays and Saturdays. But the most important thing: he and his employees have extensive knowledge of technology and the market. The shop itself already offers a comparatively large selection of stocked or immediately available bikes, everything else can be ordered - even from manufacturers that are quite exotic in Austria, such as Kalkhoff. In addition, there is the possibility of individually configured bicycle combinations (components), and Rad-Fuchs also has a top-class own brand (small series) Large selection of e-bikes of all types. Professional and mostly quick bike service. Highly recommended!

Have had bad experiences with customer service. Guarantee case will not be accepted; "who pays me the effort for it, if it is not a guarantee case". The damage to the car from unloading the bike was dismissed with a shrug. Unfortunately, I can not forgive less than a star.

When selling top, the service flop actually admirable the employees of the company Fuchs, who can already look from the outside say say from the outside, that you have broken something, without looking at this part closer well maybe the gentleman yes X-ray eyes ... also meant a respected bike workshop, that is a warranty case and I should go to the dealer where I bought the bike ... you can always brush off, if you just do not want to have work, as the employee has told me, who pays him the time easily he only invests to find out the bill and the effort when he sends in the wheel and who pays it easily ??? that costs at least 60-70 euros ... although after consultation with the producer CUBE the dealer would have been obliged to accept the complaint and forward the company Fuchs has refused, instead he wanted to sell me an overpriced new part ... at a I expect a little service around 2000 euros, in principle as a customer a different treatment ... I can not recommend this company
