Friendly, good service, fair price
Huge range of KTM bikes, equipments friendly staff, and there are bikes to have a ride before buying.
Super Service!
I was in transit to Vienna and always heard a crack from the pedal area throughout the day. Called there and was able to come straight by bike. The nice gentleman looked at the bike immediately and fixed the problem!

After a breakdown on the Danube Cycle Path, I called the Pichler company in despair. After a short phone call, an employee immediately declared himself ready with the car. to come to me and see the problem on the spot. After a driving time of 10 minutes he was there and repaired the damage. What a service, the highest praise. Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars, it could have been more.
