Great store with experienced service staff, especially recommend if you are looking for kids' bicycles. They also serve coffee and cake (currently to go).
This artisanal bike shop charged a friend of mine 5€ for a spoke because they didn't have the right length and had to cut one . Apparently with their bare hands at that rate.! Gangsters. You don't even pay that at the most high end racing shop for a bladed spoke. . I'd hate to imagine what other inflated prices they gouge their customers with.
Really friendly and helpful. they repaired my bike in a proper and fast way.
Great selection of bikes and great service. Best place to find the Woom bikes for kids, all bikes, helmets and accessories are available here and they include free assembly of all bikes (takes up to 10 days for completion). Highly recommended for most biking needs.
The customers service in person was excellent. However, I was very disappointed when it took three weeks to get my son's bike assembled and I had to go stand there for it to be done. After the order, I was told it takes a week and should I not hear from them, get in touch, I did and was told the following week, I waited and got in touch again and was told, it will be ready on Tuesday of the following week, that's the start already of the third week. When I got in touch, I was told it will be ready on Friday in the afternoon and if not, definitely on Saturday, that's yesterday. I went yesterday and the question was, did you get a pick-up SMS, said no but an email that should definitely be ready today, they quickly assembled it for us...😕
