Lovely hotel located one kilometer from the bustling city center of Välden. Clean, comfortable rooms whis overlooking the lake. The hotel is very responsive and helpful staff. There is a small spa and heated swimming pool. I recommend this place for both family and personal.

The hotel is very nice. What surprised us positively: We couldn't allow the room to be cleaned in the morning because our dog was in the room. In the afternoon we hung a sign on the door that the room was free for cleaning, but we didn't expect someone else to come cleaning in the afternoon. But it was cleaned. And that surprised us in a very positive way because we didn't expect that. The dinner and breakfast is very good. We were disappointed at the international buffet because from our point of view it was not really international. The dog is allowed to the pool, which is great, but unfortunately not to the beach at the lake, which is a shame. But otherwise you are welcome with the dog, despite the very large dog. The staff is very nice and courteous in all areas.

Velden am Wörthersee is a small, idyllic place with the great castle hotel, a casino and great excursion destinations around the lake. At the end of September it will be very quiet there, shops and restaurants will be closed. We didn't expect that. The hotel offers its guests beautiful, large rooms with balconies, a very large sunbathing area with a pool and a terrace adjacent to the restaurant. Everything is tastefully decorated. You immediately feel that you are in good hands for a relaxing holiday. The staff is super friendly and the hotel boss is always ready for a nice chat. We respond to requests immediately, whether in the restaurant or other things. The only negative thing to be mentioned is that the towels were too thin and scratchy. For a 4 star hotel that is not possible. They really need to be renewed.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. Partly new, bright rooms with a lot of comfort. The staff courteous and friendly. Food very, very good. Choice of three main courses in the evening! Rich breakfast. The wellness area is highly recommended due to its several smaller relaxation rooms. The floating loungers really invite you to relax :-)

A very nice hotel, in a great location, close to the lake and an incredibly good service. As always, the Schneider family welcomed us very warmly and warmly, the whole hotel team did their utmost to satisfy us. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for everything.
