Excellent! The drive up there was definitely worth it. The Kaiserschmarren was very tasty and the service was super nice. From there you have a great view and are surrounded by free-range cows.

Best inn on the Egger Alm! Also the only 😂 Joking aside, very friendly service, reasonable prices, cheese specialties from the Alm and Wiener Schnitzel. Everything there. Unfortunately, crossing the mountain is forbidden, but the parking lot is still packed to the limit. An insider tip for motorcycle hikers, challenging serpentines separate the expert from the amateur. The room rental next door also attracts with alpine holidays. So why not just stay here?
