Dr. Ladentrog and his team are amazing! Everyone is kind, patient, courteous and professional. If you are afraid of the dentist I highly recommend you schedule a visit. Dr. Ladentrog is very empathic, caring, and he does everything in his power to make your visit comfortable and successful. In the exam room there is always nice jazz playing and entire team works in serenity. The patients are always the top of their priority. Dr. Ladentrog created a perfect environment for overcoming dental anxiety. I never thought it was possible, but Dr. Ladentrog helps even severely anxious patients to overcome every barrier. All in all, beautiful peaceful setting, attentive and really kind professional staff, state-of-the-art dentistry. Great place for all expats searching for English-speaking dentist in Graz and surroundings.

Finally a dentist I trust After terrible experiences with British dentists, luckily I returned to Dr. Shop trough found. I immediately felt comfortable and now I understand the wealth of top ratings. You immediately notice that Dr. Shop trough takes the necessary time for each patient, is perfect for the procedures and the best possible experience. As strange as it may sound, I would love to come back to this dentist!

Was in the ordination with my daughter today. Very pleasant atmosphere, the doctor took his time and explained everything in detail. Can handle children very well. We would love to come back.

Yesterday I had an appointment for oral hygiene in practice. I was - as always - very friendly and accommodating received and without further waiting it went to the oral hygiene. For me as a former anxiety patient, it is very pleasant not to have unnecessary waiting times - even though the fear is now defeated ;-). The oral hygiene was really soothing. Each step is explained exactly, as a patient you always know what has just been done. Ms. Eva works carefully and accurately - with her sympathetic way she manages to make the doctor's appointment almost a wellness visit. Thanks to the whole team - I wish you a nice holiday season and I look forward to seeing you again in 2020.
