Cozy, typical Austrian but also modern styled restaurant with delicious food and awesome surrounding. Run by a family, all dishes home made or from local ingrediens. Really tasty. Service is professional. You should not miss this place.

Lurgbauer is without a doubt the best restaurant in Steiermark. Hand reared Aberdeen Angus Cattle live on the farm and the veal that is served is outstanding. The so-called classic menu is excellent. The staff are really friendly yet very professional and Andi is the best. A wonderful experience not to be missed. Highly recommended.

Very ambitious farmer who had a modern extension made on his old, remote farmhouse. City dwellers will like the location in the middle of nature. The food is sometimes very good, sometimes surprisingly normal. The staff tries to make the best of it. It was surprising for us that you would have had to order a steak in advance, we didn't expect that here. Interesting experience, although one notices again and again that workers trained in service are acting. A shelf in the corner serves as a farm shop where you try to sell homemade jams etc. All in all, not bad, but here and there we still see room for improvement. The price is based on the upper class, which has definitely been achieved here.

An excellent restaurant in a very beautiful, rural landscape with a focus on beef. Highly recommended!
