I found my visit to be an absolute rip off! Although I expressly pointed out that the emergency I was treating was a single tooth with slight pain in pulling (filling the neck of the tooth), several x-rays were considered to be absolutely necessary and were taken, although I expressly expressed my will against it. Settlement of health insurance - (1st non-agreed and necessary service!) Furthermore, I was only informed towards the end of the treatment and shortly before the completion of the dental filling that the white filling would not be covered by the health insurance and would have to be paid for myself. (2nd non-agreed service) To my surprise I was at the cash desk and had to PAY 150 EUROS IN CASH! My statements that this had not been discussed were massively counteracted by the ordination aid and then later by the doctor and no agreement was possible. Since I wanted to save myself the further argument, I paid for the disproportionate service that was not agreed. For me it gives the impression that these two procedures for the x-ray and also for the fillings have been discussed by the doctor with the Ordi-Help.

I called because of severe pain and immediately got an appointment after being rejected by +10 other dentists. The whole team is super courteous, friendly and competent - absolutely to be recommended!

Unfortunately my experience was not the best. I had a tooth that needed root canal treatment. This was drawn over many sessions. An additional product was also sold to me, which according to Dr. at the state of the art medicine and for my problem tooth. The white filling that I wanted to have cost me a lot - but I find this compliant. In addition, I had oral hygiene done and this injured my gums very much, so I was prescribed an ointment for it that I had to apply to my gums. After about 1 month, this tooth developed severe pain and I decided to go to another dentist. He examined me and found that no root canal treatment was carried out on my tooth. It may have started, but not finished, and the tooth was closed - it was filled with a normal filling and a layer of white filling was placed on top of it to make it look like one. Basically, I noticed the slightly greyish color of the filling at the same time, when I asked the doctor for the reason, she said it was normal because the tooth had to be filled almost completely. Besides, I would have been lucky because he might have heard pulled. The conclusion at the new dentist: The root canal treatment was easily carried out in one session, the tooth did not have to be removed and the filling is bright white.

Extremely professional and friendly service. Both the Dr. themselves, as well as the assistants were courteous and competent and you never have to wait long. Top service!
