The most FRIENDLY operator I have ever seen !! An elderly lady who has lost her way and who "had the nerve" to stop in his parking lot and ask for directions, was immediately insulted by him ... after I wanted to calm him down a bit I was not any more desired ... well, ned is the only sausage shack
