Was there today with my bike because I got a flat tire yesterday. I was hoping that as a regular customer and after buying about 8 bikes I would get help. I was asked if I had an appointment, because the next available appointment is in 12 days. Thanks, that's it, I'll look for another bike shop.

Now stressed again, unfriendly, not interested in looking for a solution to a part that has become defective during the guarantee period. Absolutely unacceptable repair appointment offered. I have been a customer there for 18 years, but under these circumstances I will avoid this business from now on! There the term customer service has been forgotten after many years!

This dealer earns 6 out of 5 stars !!! He helped us in ways we have never seen before. After a derailleur hanger of an e-bike broke during a bike tour in the Weinviertel, we looked for this part by phone in half Lower Austria. No chance! Until we came to Peter Strobl in St.Pölten. With great personal commitment, he also ensured that he had the ordered part in his workshop the next day, well outside of his opening hours (8:30 p.m.!). He answered promptly and immediately assembled the part for a starvation wage !! Vacation saved! Thank you very much!!!!
