I can only agree with the negative reviews. Despite the appointment, I had to wait almost 2 hours in the totally overcrowded waiting room. There were more patients than there were seats, which puzzled me. When I was finally treated, I had the feeling that Frau Jebens wanted to clear me up as soon as possible. She made it clear to another doctor, who was currently treating a patient, that he should work faster because others had already complained about the long waiting times. Two seals had to be renewed on me, but she only made one, for the second I should make a new appointment, although I had to wait 6 months for it. This dental office is nothing more than a bad joke.

It was a couple of years ago, but at the time - when the braces weren't yet available for free - I was with my son at this dentist's. My son has had a dental phobia since then and refused to go to a dentist at all for two years. I believe that says it all. The treatment itself was subsequently corrected by an oral surgeon or I was told that teeth were unnecessarily extracted, which actually would not have been necessary! The tone of communication with the young people (especially when the parents are not present) is last-minute. I was there as a companion from time to time and heard young people being yelled at for being a few minutes late for their appointment. (But then you sit for 45 minutes and wait despite an appointment) My son also told me some "anecdotes" about what happened when I wasn't there. The hygienic conditions in this practice are catastrophic. The patients lie next to each other in the treatment room on the presentation plate without spatial separation. The door to the treatment room is always open so that you can sometimes watch strangers being treated. Since nowadays braces are free for serious misalignments anyway, I can only advise everyone to think carefully about which dentist to choose!

I'm very satisfied with the waiting times, only the only thing that bothers me is that my colleagues like to talk to each other during work and don't really concentrate on their work. But otherwise a great practice.

I have been treated at the dental office and some dental assistants are unfriendly to the patients and they always blame the patient even though they sometimes don't do their job properly. I kept falling down with the braces because it wasn't done so properly. It was so uncomfortable for me. And I kept hearing from them.
