This is a catastrophe! Unavailable, tape is not updated, you call during the ordination hours and nobody answers. It works like this even before Corona! I can understand the negative reviews here ... I would very much like to change, but it is not possible due to the braces, 3 years in treatment nothing goes because it simply is never there. Caries were not recognized, the representation made it noticeable. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to report except that I am very disappointed! As a tip, the homepage could also be updated, since the opening times are old.

Never again !!! I am finally enough !! Have been a patient for over 20 years. But lately I never get an appointment. Either I hear Mr. Doctor is not there, or we are full! 3 weeks ago I wanted an appointment because I had extremely severe toothache. Of course, the doctor wasn't there. I think to myself, great, I have to go to a dental clinic, which I did because the pain was unbearable. The doctor there treated me the wrong tooth and I just hurt again. Can't eat anything but pills !!! Today I am calling my dentist at Dr. Glatzl and what a surprise. He is there !!! But I am not allowed to come because they are full 🤷‍♀️ I explained to the lady on the phone how I feel that I can no longer move my mouth in pain and I need help because it is unbearable. Unfortunately I was unlucky. You have been going to the same dentist for over 20 years and if you are in need they will send you away. The answer I received was that I should go to a dental clinic, but I've already been there !!!! I am very disappointed and sad. If I were a private patient and had put down a few 100 euros, I would definitely get an appointment !! Thank you for letting me down after so many years !! Now I can look for a new dentist. Swollen, I feel sick from all the pills, pain that is unbearable, but what the heck !! Full is full 😡

I do not want to talk about competence, of course you can not say much about it as a dentist. But ... the nature of the doctor himself and especially the imaginary assistants forced me to look for another dentist.
