Very professional and skilled dentist. Small but very well equipped practice with friendly staff.

I am a big fan of the whole team! Never heard a rude word there and never been treated badly. Dr. Kwapinksi is very competent, always explains what he is doing and warns if something could hurt. (I am always in favor of using a syringe ;-)) .. and if he says it is uncomfortable but not painful then it is too so!!! Since I've been under treatment with him, I much prefer to go to the dentist !! :-)

Great dentist who really knows what he's doing! He works fast and well! He doesn't talk much, but I prefer that anyway! He also gives a free syringe for all fillings at no extra charge (presumably so that he can work in peace ... hihi). Great, the assistants are also great, and almost no waiting time, a maximum of 15 minutes! Top!

I went to the practice today to have a wisdom tooth extracted and to clean up caries. Dr. Kwapinski was unkind to me for no reason. Allegedly, these treatments could not be carried out on one appointment, after all, he could not reserve 1.5 hours for a patient and I should have announced that beforehand (which I had done twice). He said that as a new patient you could get sick and then this time would be booked, so time wasted. In fact, I had to wait again today (even though I had the first possible appointment) so that the treatment only started after 30 minutes. In the meantime he devoted himself to other patients. In total, the effective treatment only lasted about 20 minutes and suddenly it was possible to carry out the necessary and previously agreed treatment. I was charged € 30 for the anesthetic injections. In retrospect I read here that some patients get this injection for free !! Well, unfortunately I am not one of the chosen ones and I was even charged for a hemostatic sponge of half a square centimeter. Apart from that, they wanted to turn me on a white filling (costs extra, of course, but the cosmetics of my molars are not that important to me) - both before and during the treatment! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the practice - Dr Kwapinski is certainly competent, but the moneymaking, as well as the poor coordination by the ordination assistant is an imposition. Addendum: It is certainly not optimal time management if you have to wait more than 30 minutes for two appointments right at the start of opening hours. Anesthesia is not absolutely necessary for fillings, but it was done without informing me beforehand that it is chargeable.

Dr. Kwapinski and his team are technically excellent and very friendly. Service thought is lived here in the office. That's how I would wish for every doctor. Thanks, finally, I have healthy and beautiful teeth. 🏆.
