A very sensitive dentist with a very friendly and competent team. He works very precisely and gave me the best advice in advance. Even in the event of complications, you will be informed in advance which options are available and how to proceed. Oral hygiene is also very good. The very nice and friendly lady treated me completely painlessly and was very empathetic. Top. Totally empathetic with children. Fast appointments, short waiting times. Could help my child, when the previous dentist we were with said that there was nothing to be done. My kids love going to this dentist, and that really means something. The doctors before were incomparable.

I accompanied my daughter to caries treatment. The appointment took place on time, the ordination made a clean and well organized impression. Dr. Baranowitz was very nice, washed his hands very thoroughly before the treatment and worked safely and professionally. Nevertheless, I would have preferred to wear rubber gloves on principle, as this is normal today and an additional minimization, albeit less likely, of risks, e.g. B. because the drilling tool obviously has to be handled directly in order to use it. What remains uncomfortably strange is the offsetting of the fillings that I paid in cash - the next day I wanted to get an invoice later, when the assistant (who had not been present the day before) told me that it was a child's fill, it was free , It seems to me to be unbelievable that neither the doctor nor the assistant knew that it was free of charge, and in addition, without paying a bill. I have Dr. Baranowitz then personally explained my allegations and he promised me that such errors would no longer occur. This is a good thing, because when it comes to health, the trust placed in it must be taken very seriously. That someone apparently had the same experience recently should be an incentive for these ordi to undergo a fundamental change in mentality.
